Rainy Cairo

A few days ago it was a big rain in Cairo! It's so unusual here that for the all it's like a big party. Students and teachers run out from the classes and started to put hands under the rain.
But after the rain we found a lot of water on the street and I've spent 3,5 hours (althought usually it takes 1,5-2 hours) in the traffic jam. I missed a boat at that time hhh
But anyway I was so happy to feel fresh air and listen sound of rain, I felt as I'm back to Rusiia. It was a great gift from Allah for all of us...

confession

I don't know what is wrong with me, I don't want to think that I'm too much beauty for egyptions, because all girls are very beautiful all over the world... But guys always pay attention to me more, than to the other girls. Sometimes I'm happy from this, coz I'm a woman and all of us like admiring glances... But....
But today the driver of our bus told me --ana bahebek.... I'm so shoked.... Omg... I didnt make anything to him... Just was friendly. He is not bad but nice person, honest, strong,little bit mad lika all egyptions (hhh). He is married and has a son 7 months old...
I remind him about islam and Allah.... he couldnt find a good answer to me, but his eyes told me a lot of things...
I don't know what to do, really. I see him every day and our company in the car is close to each other, so...

unexpectable country...

Life in Egypt is full of unexpectable things, or just things which r very hard to understand...
Yesterday ended carfew in Cairo. All egyptions were outside...Can u imagine a traffic jam at 3 o'clock at night? No? then come to Cairo and u find it! )))
Egypt is an amazing country of contrasts! U never know what will happen next here...
Today is friday, so its usual time for demonstrations pro-Morsi guys. They also want to "celebrate" with the general Sisi his birthday at 19.11 by fighting with the army and burning cars...

InshaAllah everything will be quite... Im so calm, when i see army on the streets! and soldiers will not let their locations,helping police in any problems...

Why do I love Egypt?

Really it's a very interesting question, because I dont't have a clear answer for it... After my divorce, after all revolutions and economic collapse I'd like to stay in Masr...Why? I think because of it amazing and charming spirit.
People are very opened, friendly and kind. They are always ready to come and help you (even if they don't know exactly how to do it...). They open their hugs and want to kiss you during the meeting,specially if they havnt seen u for a long time...
Yes, Masr is a crazy country, full of rubbish on the streets, dust, noisy (I live in cairo). But when u wake up early in the morning, and hear azan in the silence.... U understand that Egypt hugs you as a real mom and supports you.
Life here is not easy, it's a real fight, but when  you're walking at the streets and looking at the old buildings, churches and mosqs u feel this country so clearly and deeply! And u feel that u really can't live without Egypt...

It was very nice idea about lesson for a one of the teachers! really i enjoed that time and she also, although she doesnt speak english, and me arabic )))))
Next day i showed to the daughter of one of the teachers how to knit, she liked very much!!!!
May be soon i can make club for croche in our school? )))

Today i've got very interesting request! Im working as english teacher in one of islamic schools of Cairo and some teachers had seen how i was doing my patterns, so they started to ask me to make something for their kids and i made.
But one of them asked me to teach her how to make some things, but she whants this lesson by money....
This experience will be smth new for me )))
